Inspirational Hospitality® was founded in New Delhi in 2016 to help hospitality owners match great guest experiences with sound operations. A decade on, we work with independent restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels and resorts.
We balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution. One week that means guiding a boutique resort through pre-opening; the next, renegotiating vendor contracts for a QSR chain or redesigning a kiosk for faster service.

Rudraneel is a Cornell-certified hospitality strategist (Global Hospitality Management, Cornell University School of Hotel Administration) with more than 20 years of experience in India and overseas.
Known for cross-functional expertise and a deep understanding of consumer psychology, he blends structured business planning with creative storytelling to build brands that connect with guests and make commercial sense.
He has worked with 18 leading food and beverage brands on concept creation, menu engineering, brand turnarounds and market-entry strategy, across luxury dining, artisanal cafés, dark kitchens and scalable kiosks.
